\u201cI am ARMANDO TAGLIAFERRI and I am the Safety, Environment and Quality Manager of IMA Abrasivi. I have been with the company since 2018.\u201d<\/h2>

Armando Tagliaferri<\/strong> He started working at IMA during his university years, to support his studies. For him too, the path began first in the production department, to be able to understand every step and detail of the production process, and then in the warehouse, where he acquired awareness of the logistics world of IMA.<\/p>

\u201cThe proximity to almost \u201chistorical\u201d employees of IMA has allowed me to learn the nuances of work in production and shipping, before arriving at the more 'bureaucratic' side of company management. In production, I have experienced many important, formative and even fun moments because the guys who work alongside us are a constant example, both from a work and human perspective; they also know how to raise a smile.\u00a0<\/em>
The moment for me, perhaps, the most important and that gave me the most personal satisfaction, I experienced last year, in June. Even though my experience was not ten years like for other figures, the company's top management considered that I was the right person to represent IMA Abrasivi at a meeting of the<\/strong> Federation of European Abrasives Manufacturers (FEPA)<\/strong> <\/a>in Slovenia.<\/em>
Since then I have tried to give more and more to repay the trust that has been placed in me.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Also for Armando Tagliaferri<\/strong>, there is a particular person in the company who supported him in his professional path.<\/p>

\u201cOur Engineer, Roberto<\/strong>, has been following me and advising me for about two years. He has so much experience that even just being close to him you learn something.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

As always, for those who have had great examples, it is important to prove to themselves that they are worthy of those who came before us and of the teachings received; it is the sense of responsibility and respect, as well as the memory full of affection, that guides and encourages us to always be better people. And Armando's example is his grandfather Joseph<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>

\u201cEven though I wasn\u2019t lucky enough to work with him, I can only imagine what kind of person and entrepreneur my grandfather Giuseppe was and how much his advice would have influenced me.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

What are your professional goals?<\/strong><\/p>

\u201cNow I'm just thinking about doing my best to leave a future generation something even more beautiful than the beautiful company that our predecessors have already passed down to us.\u201d<\/em><\/p>
