For us, "being on top of things" isn't just a figure of speech, but a concrete commitment. That's why we've decided to take a major step forward, renewing and expanding our historic Satin Finishing and Polishing line<\/strong>.<\/div>

For all professionals who daily face the problem of removing stubborn layers without ruining the underlying metal, here is a new POLYFIBER DISC ON RIGID FIBERGLASS BACKING<\/strong>.<\/div>
Identifiable by its characteristic purple color, the disc Clean & Strip<\/strong> It's a concentration of structural technology. The material it works with is a combination of flexible nylon fibers and an abrasive blend of silicon carbide and aluminum oxide.<\/div>
\u2022 Why you'll love it:<\/strong> Its open, flexible structure is designed for dry operation only. It is incredibly aggressive against rust, paint, oxidation, sealants, and welding slag, yet gentle on the base surface, leaving it untouched. Furthermore, the open structure dramatically reduces clogging and heat generation, ensuring low vibration.<\/div>

2. Mirror polishing without overheating: the M14 Ventilated Felt<\/strong><\/div>

Achieving a mirror finish without imperfections requires sensitivity, but also the right tool that does not create burn marks on the workpiece. This is why we introduced the FELT DISC WITH VENTILATED BACKING PAD<\/strong>.<\/div>
This is a professional felt disc of the highest quality<\/strong>, designed to be used in combination with abrasive pastes or polishing compounds.<\/div>
\u2022 Design innovation:<\/strong> The real breakthrough lies in the backing pad. Special ventilation slots have been incorporated that, during rotation, create a constant flow of air. This system dissipates heat and removes dust from the workpiece, preventing streaks or burns on the metal. Furthermore, thanks to the integrated M14 threaded connection, mounting it onto the grinder (with a speed regulator required) is quick and safe, without the need for wrenches or flanges.<\/div>

\u2022 Non-woven fabric version (TNT \u2013 Cod. DVP)<\/strong>: it is the ideal choice if you are looking for a perfectly consistent satin finish<\/strong>, flexible use, extremely quiet, and zero heat generation. Excellent for light deburring and removing marks from previous workpieces.<\/div>
\u2022 Mixed Version (TNT + Abrasive Cloth \u2013 Cod. DVM)<\/strong>: if in addition to cleaning and satin finishing you need an extra edge in sanding, the mixed version is what you need.
